Here's what to expect NEXT

Congratulations on becoming part of the ENGAGE family! This document is here to help guide you through the steps of going live in order to quickly make the most out of your new system.

  • 1.
    PLANNING

We begin by defining the scope and success criteria and identifying key stakeholders and point of contacts in the organization. So, you can expect a meeting or two early on.

  • 2.
    SETUP

ENGAGE then spins up your application. Access is granted to the applicable production environment. Configuration begins.

  • 3.
    DATA MIGRATION & CONFIGURATION

You will receive a data template file from the ENGAGE Onboarding Team. Have your team align your membership data to the supplied template file*. This data set is then imported into ENGAGE.
*There is the option of having a team from ENGAGE normalize your data for an additional fee.

  • 4.
    CLIENT VERIFICATION & TRAINING

Your team is given access to begin verifying imported data and configuration for any issues. Your provided feedback is used to resolve any issues. At this point, ENGAGE offers online, role-based training and documentation for getting the most out of your new application

  • 5.
    TRANSITION & GO-LIVE

Final data conversion is run, and go live date is set. Access to the ENGAGE Support Portal and Help Documentation are delivered. ENGAGE is deployed live to production.

  • 6.
    POST GO-LIVE

The ENGAGE Client Success Team will be checking in on you to ensure there are no issues. And as always, you can contact us through the ENGAGE Support Portal.
